Book review:
In the introduction the book says "behind the obvious theme of the book and the five-step method, there is a hidden theme. There is a story behind the story. As you read on this hidden theme will become obvious to you, which will click a lot of ideas into place and make your next steps for the future become crystal clear".
My interpretation of the hidden theme is that success is something you attract not something you pursue. By becoming an attractive person, you will attract the right partnerships, clients and students. This all happens when you triple down on your core passions and stay true to who you really are, this is developing your own personal brand. Which will ultimately lead to self fulfilment and financial gains.
Part 1: The world has changed so must you - Technology like social media has taken over the world and in order to keep up and become a KPI (Key Person of Influence) in your industry you need your name to be Google searched and lots of great information to come up. To become a KPI in your industry, you need to focus on becoming a micro-niche by using current technology. For example a niche is health and fitness and a micro-niche could be female vegetarian marathon runners over the age of 40. Use the technology to tell your life story and passions, stay true to yourself and your own personal story, this is your key to success.
Part 2: The Five-Step Method
1. PITCH - This is the most important of all which is the ability to communicate your value and uniqueness through your spoken word, in your particular micro-niche. When someone asks "What do you do?" That's your cue to pitch. A good pitch will be engaging and make people who are interested in your micro-niche want to pull out their diary to arrange a get together. Here's examples of pitching:
Common pitch: 'I design websites, blogs, and e-commerce platforms'
Upgraded pitch: 'My design agency creates blogs for non-fiction authors. We help turn a book into a business. Typically our work results in more paid speaking, consulting and book sales.'
2. Published Work - When people Google your name they want to see credibility so they can trust what they are investing in. Published books and articles will show your a KPI in your industry. Anyone can start this for free today!
3. Product - The best thing you can do is give away for free an information product that educates people as to why they should do business with you. For example Google give so much away for free but when it creates a product to sell like the new Google pixel 3a everyone buys it because they have built such a big trusting audience through their free services.
4. Profile - Over the past few years we have come to believe you are who Google says you are. Generate leads and enquiries through a blog on WordPress, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts by showing off your expertise in that field. The more information people have, they buy more. This will show your credibility, which is key to converting enquiries into sales.
5. Partnerships - Building relationships with other KPI in your industry is fundamental in speeding up progress for your businesses. You will either partner up or have good connections for each other which you can share. It is a fast track to get your product in the right hands. The big key is to get looking for partnerships not clients. Once you have the right partnerships, the clients will come.
One final point there is no such things as a self-made millionaire, success is always a team effort.

Genuinely interesting review! Going to check out how smart keyword optimisation can help with becoming a micro-niche now...
